My afternoon at The Children’s Museum of Manhattan
Posted on: April 4th, 2014 by Marc Brown 4 Comments

I spent last Sunday afternoon at the Children’s Museum of Manhattan doing an interactive story session. First we read from my new picture book celebrating the Big Apple, In New York (Knopf), and afterward, we broke out the art supplies and created maps of their favorite New York City sights. I had more fun than the kids. Looking forward to a return visit soon!

Dear Marc Brown, I have always LOVED, your books and TV shows. I am thinking about becoming an illustrator and work for your company when I grow up. Or write children’s books. It is awesome that lots of kids can have a great ro-model. I definetly am your #1 fan. I have been watching your shows since I was 2 yrs. thanks for your time.

    Thanks,
