Way too many costly surprises during this restoration process, Corey. It’s a building that was saved rather than putting it into the town dump. Sadly neglected for many years, it’s finally getting it’s beauty treatment. A great place to work, store Arthur history and a beautiful view of the pasture. I get a great deal of satisfaction from saving old buildings. I’ve restored eight antique buildings.
